For endurance races
Race entry in your own look.
Swimrun, trail, triathlon, open water. Teams enter without accounts, your rules run themselves and your timing partner gets a clean start list.
Open demo, no sign-up, fictional data, resets every night.
Your race page
Your season, your colours.
Every race with its distances, the current price phase and the places left. Runners see when the price goes up next, and a sold-out race opens its waitlist.
Team entry
The captain enters. The partner adds their own.
No account, no password. The captain pays for the team, the partner gets a personal link and completes their details and declarations.
Age limits, youth prices, insurance and rules confirmation and forms for under-18s are part of the entry.
Pilot Card and TWINT payments to your own Stripe account go live with our first organisers.
Plans change
Partner swaps without your inbox.
Runners swap their partner, move to a shorter distance, race solo or move to another date themselves, inside your deadlines and fees. When a place opens up, the waitlist sends a timed offer.
Race day
Volunteers check in on their phones.
QR code, photo ID ticked off, bib handed out. Bib numbers are ready, seeded by ranking if you like. Your timing partner gets the start list the night before, results come back by CSV.
Campaigns
Know which post sold the entry.
Every entry carries its source. Your dashboard shows entries per day, per race and per channel, so next year's budget goes where it worked.
Pilot Sending conversions back to Google, Meta and Brevo goes live with our first organisers.
Series and federations
Rankings and qualification, built in.
Rankings with a points table per series, championship applications, a qualification list, invitations and automatic replacement. Member IDs shown with the entry. The demo shows the points system of the ÖTILLÖ demo season.
Roadmap We set up your points table with you. Editing your own points system in the admin is on the roadmap.
